Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at a.r.m.productdistribution@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Eligible claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
